CSTraditional lights such as fluorescent lamps or conventional LED sources have a discontinuous spectrum and usually a lower colour rendering index (CRI). A conventional LED light has a high energy content in the range of the aforementioned harmful blue light (415─455 nm). In contrast, Spectrasol lights have a balanced spectrum in the 450─670 nm range and match daylight from the sun to the extent of 97%. Compared to traditional technology, Spectrasol lighting has a CRI of over 95 and is a significantly more efficient source (lower consumption and longer lasting).
